Change from auto to manual

My v6 is an auto but what sort of job to change it to a manual....I can get all the bits I need fairly cheap like pedal box , gearbox and shifter etc

Im sure it can be done but unless there is good reason to convert your specific, just buy a well sorted manual v6 that has good radio signal, good paint, working sunroof and none of the other issues yours sadly seems to be suffering with.

V6 coupes seem easier to come by than others and they are not that much to buy and you would be able to get on with enjoying it.

Don't be put off though if you just want to do it for the hell of it, i would imagine the shells are more or less similar if not the same and just configured in the factory to satisfy what the customer orders.

I looked into this for a 20v Coupe recently.
it's quite a big job. You need pedal box, subframe, driveshafts, gearbox with gear change parts, ecu and other small bits. If you had a written off manual side by side to yours, it not too bad.
