Diff Mounts - Which Way Up

Just re-fitting my rear subframe, and cant work out which way the two front diff mounts go up. As far as I can see, the passenger side arm on the diff goes under the subframe, and the drivers side over the subframe.

I havent taken the diff mounts off, and on both the notched side is facing down. Surely this is the wrong way, as with this setup, the notched side will be pressing against the diff arm?

Sorry this is really hard to explain. Anyone got a nice pic of the underside of their car, so I can see how it goes together?

Ha, its ok confusion over. I had misplaced the aluminium cone that sits in the mount on that side. Thats why it didn`t look right!
