OMG - Help - Clutch Pedal!

Just as I pulled it to work, pushed the clutch pedal down, clunk straight the the floor! It now feels like its not connected to anything! I can pull the pedal back up and it snaps back into it top position, then i can push it down again and it snaps back down the the floor!

Can I get to the linkage to have a look?

yeah you need to remove the cubby hole trim under the dash to get to the pedal box and master cyl. could be the pushrod on the master or could be the slave. not sure how you test. Both about £60inc vat each

Phew... I hope it is just the master cyl pushrod...

Will sneak back out in a min with some tools

Lol... still waiting for the car to picked up. Just had to send the AA away for not sending a flatbed (Which I specifically asked for on the phone!)

Been there, done that. They never learn no matter how much you insist on the phone
