    Had enough

I have stripped the cv on the rear near side of my 3b.Got another drive shaft of 3b so I was told but it won't fit,it's about 20mm or so longer found this out after fitted it and couldnt get the bolt holes to line up on the bottom tonge. The cv splines on my old one are knacked so I can't even swap the cv over.
I am now covered in black grease, car is still jacked up in the driveway, and I am pretty pissed of with this bloody car, there can't be much more to go wrong that I haven't
already fixed.I have spent a small fortune getting this car to run right, but still it keeps
going wrong, while my s6 keeps going on and on with [touch wood] no problems.
Had enough right now, and seriously thinking of getting rid.

Take a break, look at it again tomorrow. Its always easier once you have slept on it imo..

Good luck sorting it out though.

      Chin up!!

The metal of a man is measured by how far forward he can move whilst everything around him is trying to move him backwards..

      Keep at it. Good luck.

      Darren.

Good luck with the problem. If I can lend a hand i'm only up the road from you, as long as you promise to leave my drive shafts alone.
