Urgent gearbox mount help pretty please

I have just taken off my gearbox mount to find that the old one looks as though it had some sort of bush fitted into it, i say had as no bush fell out or was in the mount when i removed it.

    Pics:

    Part number:

    Why it replaced it:

    and cracked here:

Marks that look like a bush was fitted:

    Old vs new:

Is there a bush supposed to be fitted there ?
If not the gearbox would move around alot as the bolt is much smaller than the hole.

    Thanks in advance

There isnt usualy a bush in there, at least there has never been on my cars, it is rather large, the hole, in order to allow adjustment.
There should be a larger faily heavy guage washer that fits on there.
What it looks like to me is that the washer has not been fitted before and then the tightening of the nut ont eh underside of the mount has pulled the head of the bolt through the hole. Hense the hex shape in the hole of the mount.

i was trying to work out how that hex groved had come about, thing james is right, looks like it was tightened without washer.
how much was the new mount, as i have a six speed but with no mounts

Nope there was a washer on there so it could'nt be the bolt making those marks although i know what you are saying

Spoke to audi parts and there is a bush listed for the drivers side mount but not passenger so i've ordered one to see if thats what needs to go in there, only £2.60 so might aswell try

Carlos - Just shy of £100 each from Parklands Audi!
I needed mine in a hurry so ordered through them nextday, i believe vagparts and pete at quattro corner can get them cheaper
