i may use a steer servopump from some car ,and some cooler from setrab... and have the drift by the diff( read propchaft) have no pic of that ,sorry
think the s1 dioes havelike this; or use a elektric steerservopump like ( volvo 460/ 480)
Any news in this thread? Few my friend had blown their diff with Torsen and I'm realy interested with oil cooling solution. I have bougth already 200SX oil pump.
I am still working on my set-up using a 200sx / Skyline pump and cooler
My system will be triggered off a temperature switch and/or a manual override using the standard diff lock switch
What temps you get into the rear diff after track day?
Is really....the high oil temperature wich kills the torsen diff..or is the pure mechanical loads wich is fatal?
EXternal. On the Nissan system IIRRC there are two relays - the circuit activates at over 75mph and then the pump is triggered by a thermo switch at over 130deg - these trigger points are too high IMHO.
I am going to use a slightly lower temp switch, around 90-100 degrees (need to get soe advice off oilman). Then a manual override off the diff lock switch.
