The upgraded syncro rings was an idea I was toying with and I understand that they cost a couple of hundred of our English Pounds, so I would like to know what else he has done to this box to warrant the cost

Its big job - when i did mine i got lucky and didnt need to replace any of the gears, i already had the wider 1st gear as well. Replacing the springs and 1st-2nd synchro cost £500 all in, labour included.

I have see the 034 Motorsport JHM short shifter for B3 and B4 chassis and I think that is a very good product, as soon as I have the car with all the upgrade I want try also it.

does the JHM shifter accomodate for the reverse gear? is the push down feature there?

edit: i noticed that it has been answered. no reverse lock on this one.

has anyone managed to get it done though?
