3B engine and 6 speed box problem

James. Check iff the release bearing bracket is in the right position, or iff is touching the pressure plate. Maibe is oposite mounted.

yes he did, but problem located, chef can tell you more about it himself..

Chef's busy trying to fix the problem, such a damn shame what it is!

The pressure plate was modified to hold more. But the company that done this did not do the work correctly and ended up adding extra length. This inturn caused many problems.

Who modded the clutch pressure plate for you?

I thought you were using the DSY box from an S4, I've read that they need some alteration before they will fit.
