    Front outer CV's

    Evening all, I need to replace the outer CV on my CQ.

    Do they just hammer off like they do on a Golf?

    Are Golf GTI outers the same? (MK2 or MK3, I have both spare..)

      Doubt they will be the same as a golf but you never know.

      To remove them just put the hub bolt back in to the shaft and wind it all the way in. This will cause it to become free of the circlip.
