stage 3 is a lot weaker than stage 3+
im using stg 3+ for over 2 years now without any problems. People have had their issues, but apparently not me. Mine is on sale for the ABY/ADU dual mass flywheel setup if you are interested. Been using it with the GT3071R all this time, no issues at all. 150GBP+shipping which can be local if you are not in a hurry.
Stg3+ uses a sachs racing pressure plate and a carbon disc.Let me knowComment

it is just strange that as soon as you hear one fail, all of a sudden the clutch is rubbish. Same thing has happened with sachs/southbend/clutchmasters you name it. All brands have had their share of poor quality. Sometimes it is improper fitment, sometimes improper use or higher torque that the clutch can take.Comment

you never even touched a spec clutch, so it would be a good idea to let people who are actually using them tell their experiences. You can tell us your thoughts of the kit you are using. It would be more productive.
Besides, people who are NOT having a problem with them are more than the failures.
+ 5 failures in 3 months, even if true could mean a bad batch.
I can tell you of an rs2 in greece who had to change sachs racing 4puck 3 times in 4 months as well with a KKK 26/27/29. What does that say about sachs? that is crap? certainly not!Comment

But infact I have had my hands on three of them. Mine went for balancing and they turned around and said it's the worse pressure plate they have ever balanced. Sorry to people that are running them but it's a fact.ChefComment
