  • Poly Snub Mount Install

How much clearance do you leave between the bush and surround? Original position had about a 10mm gap, I set it with about 5mm but should I close it entirely?

    Thanks,

    Mark.

Mark, I wouldn't install this just yet. Im working with powerflex on getting the design revised because it slides forward out of the bracket.

Will let the forum know as soon as it is sorted.

And I would mount it solid up to the bracket anyway. I have done this with the rubber one.

        Greg,

I see what you mean, mine is moving about 5mm forwards off the shaft. Are you trying to get them to add the groove to the inside, like the original? ...i wonder if i clamped it down with a hose clip would it stop it moving.

        Mark.
