    New Clutch Needed ASAP

After 3 and a half glorious years of pain free motoring my clutch seems to have gone on strike.

Can you guys recommend the best place to source a clutch for my ABY coupe?

Unfortunately I haven't got the funds for any expensive aftermarket, performance improvements so the cheapest option is what I need but I need to make sure that cheapest does not take precedence of quality. I'm sure I can find that little bit of extra cash to ensure I get the best I can for my baby!

    Ta,

    Jigs

LUK or basic Sachs is what you're after. Both will work well on a standard S2.

The Sachs one listed isn't the right size. It has to be an S2 clutch.

Other places to try are quattro corner (Pete Reeve on here) and s2avant / TPS, amongst others.

In a standard ABY, after 2 myself, I'd say there's nothing to beat the standard OEM one from your local Audi dealer because the pressure plate was on exchange from them so cheaper than the suppliers Rusty mentions who only did outright and you get the latest one with the nice light pedal feel.

Even better if you can get a discount out of them.

twoqu mentioned a friendl dealer a while ago in Somerset. Not sure if the same deal appliues to TPS, contact s2avant to see.
