3b 5-speed to 6-speed DSY ??

You can change these ones how you like...

It is from RS4 2,7t Biturbo....

The gearboxes are same size? but what about mounts and gear linkage?

Mounts and linkages are different you need to use the ABY / ADU linkage and mounts AFAIK

So, what would be the strongest gearbox what uses same linkage? 016?

If you already have the linkages it's the Rs4 box, else you'd have to buy a CGR with linkages but these sales are rare as linkages go for good money by themselves

Sorry, I did not specify what gearbox I already use, it´s early S2 and ARV (01A).

I'm using DSY box whit c5 a6 gear stick and b5 s4 linkage. Cheap and good way I think. You just need to shorten that linkage about 5cm.
