Razzling noise in my 01e.Need HELP

I have a 01e gearbox that makes a terrible rassling/scraping noise.
Its hard to explain, but il try:

All the gears works. I can easily put it in 1.-6th gear and reverse.
Its also driveable in all gears..
BUT- when i release the clutch in 1.gear a razzling noise appears.
When i give it some load it seems to dissapear, but suddenly after stepping of the gaspedal its coming back.
The sound is like something is loose inside.. like some gears wont attach properly(but thats strange since its driveable and goes forward.Isnt it?) or like two 10mm nuts are jumping around inside the gearbox.
Ive located the sound on the left side in the area around the driveaxle. Isnt that where the diff is?

Would be very happy to hear from you guys if you have any experience on simmilare issues.

Is it speed related? As in: could be coming from the gearbox-out side of the gearbox? Some boxes are known to have a TorSen diff rattling around.

No. Its not speed related. And im quite sure its from the inside.
The sound is loud and not good listening...

In reverse there is no sound..

Really need to sort it out. Looks like this season is passing me by too

Have to take it out next week and get it checked.

get any further...have the same sort of noise on the ARV S2 3b box, starting to think the release bearing is shot

I dont think its the release bearing cause its brand new.

Have no idea of what it can be, but its sure not good. I dont dare to drive it ..

mine is only 2 years old and less than 15k miles so shouldnt be mine either....since the carpet is back in i can hardly hear it...maybe mine was always like it?!?!?!

The sound im hearing is deffinently not supposed to be there.

It sounds terrible. The strange thing is that its driveable in all gears.
