Squeaking clutch

I've recently replaced the clutch master cylinder and bled the clutch today.

Before I bled it and still now after bleeding I now have a lot of squeaking when I push and release the clutch. The noise is coming from near the slave and is quite loud being the loudest where it bites.

Any ideas on what this could be? I assumed it was air in the system but I've just bled 2 litres through it and so assume that it would be enough.

Squeaking inside the bell housing is probably the release lever or pressure plate worn. No easy fix i'm afraid unless you remove the gearbox.
