Serious gearbox problem - help / advice needed

Glad is sorted now!
About the clunk.... is possible to have driveshafts worn or engine...gearbox mounts. Just a thought.
The center diff...hmmm...can make that noise but expensive to change.
How much play was at output flange from the box to the propshaft? Iff is to much..then is possible.

Clunk has only appeared since changing the rear diff....

My plan is to jack up the car and remove the prop... then I can check play at each end.... g/box and front, then diff and rear driveshafts...

The prop has new CV joints and new centre bearing, so is not likely to be bad... but I will double check the alignment.
