So, You think that stage 4 or 5 will good for 800nm?
And whitch is better? Stage 4 or 5?
I ask because on the spec site there is information that stage 4 is for ~400nm and stage 5 for ~450nm...
Do You think stage 4,5 will good?

I am quite convinced no single plate will hold 800Nm for long. Even real 700Nm is too much for single plate.

I have stage 4 wich is good for 800Nm.Stock new clutch it is holding 400Nm.(Stage 4 "Extreme-Street" Series:

This kit uses the same pressure plate as the stage 3 kits but with a dual face feramic clutch disc (pressure plate and flywheel side). good for 550+ft/lbs of torque. For even more power handling, consider swapping to a single mass flywheel setup (7a/Coupe Quattro style flywheel). )

I've been using a SPEC 3+ with a 5+ pressure plate for several years and lot of miles on track days with no problem. 2.5L, 580hp / 700nm @ wheels on Mustang dyno. Never used on drag strip so don't know how good it will hold there.

I used to have a triple plate Tilton(cerametalic), but was useless on the street. A typical on/off clutch that's OK for track use, but nothing else. Maybe the carbon clutches are better for street use, but have never tried one so can't say for sure.
