Gearbox replaced now massive vibration help

I just got off the phone with the mechanic who has replaced the gearbox on the cq 20v, he tells me that above 30mph the car now vibrates very badly. When i last saw the car in bits the back end of the propshaft had decided to spit it's ball bearings from the joint out so not sure if this is the cause.

My only other thoughts are the centre bearing is now shagged or the prop has been misalgined or is now out of balance.

    Over the forum wisdom please,

many thanks for the reply, in the end the prop was taken off again and the front cv joint on the prop was sticky, after a strip down it transpired there was little or no grease left in it, which after doing some digging on the net is quite common, now re greased all is well again and the car has no vibrations at all.
