    Clutch to 350/400Nm.

I´m sorry but yours that can help me.

Which set of clutch do you recommend for working with torque 350/400Nm above? I will use original box of engine NM, 7A.

    Sach Racing?

RS2 clutch won't fit a single mass flywheel.

a sachs 707 pressureplate (maybe wrong word for it) then you are set for future upgrades.

SRE -707 pressure plate and suitable clutch disc for it, SRE says 500Nm hold, and as always with SRE most likely it will survive 600nm if not used for drag. Oh, and that is with organic plate 500Nm. With sinter disc somewhat more. If you go to sinter disc, order 707 (3B) pressure plate and disc for AAN (thickness differs 0,1mm but it's unsprung, and will last much better than spurung sinter disc)
All quattro products have been dermatologically tested, and are safe for daily use.

Use std 3B clutch if using single mass flywheel.

Considering stock remapped AAN makes more than 450nm, the stock clutch from 3B should work.
