dodgy box?

Slightly concerned by the reluctance to go into reverse that's developed in the last week or so, and the other night 2nd was proving a bit tricky too.

Box on the way out? Any preventative measures I can take to stop this getting worse?

Is prob clutch not box, cos reverse is usually the first gear to get problems with selecting from past experience
