  • Rear Diff Bush Assemblies

    Hi all,

I'm just putting the diff back on to the rear subframe and a bit unsure of the correct assembly of the front (or side) bushes.

Im not sure which limit stops to be using...when i took it apart back in Feb, i think there was 1 of each but Kate says its only the ones on the right of the pic

from looking at kate and some pics on here, I currently have this on the left mount

    and this on the right

could you tell me if this is right?

    cheers

    Will

What you have looks correct to me. The metal one on the drivers side bottom, and the alloy one on the passenger side above the mount.

Wow, I was only going to post a similar question last night. The steel ones look like a bit of a bodge and I was wondering if I should get 2 x the aluminium ones. Thanks to both of you for clearing this up.

That said the steel ones still look like a bodge.

i was going to put 2 of the alloy ones on but they actually have a different depth to them. the original steel one had rusted alot on mine!
