Which box is shorter to move engine back??

I read about this somewhere but can't find it again! Any ideas?

Not sure if there is. 6speed cars had a dual mass flywheel and a spacer between gearbox and engine, so you can change to a single mass flywheel and remove the spacer if thats what your thinking of?

dont think so: its the autobox from rs6 whitch have another placing of the front driveshafts: then you may need to move the engine... it was a 2d audi 80 i think from poland??
