    Clutch peddle / pedal box

Hi there, does anyone know if on a s2 coupe, does the clutch pedal have some little device fitted somewhere?? Which gives it abit of resistance when pushing down and help bring the pedal back up quick??
Does anyone have a parts diagram of the pedal box?
I think I am missing something somewhere??
I had this problem with my clutch slipping and my clutch pedal was light as a flyby wire throttle on a new car. And was very slow at coming back up!!
So I have had my flywheel skimmed, a new 5 pedal clutch kit, a new slave cylinder and new master cylinder, oh and fluid flush an new 5.1 fluid.

And its still the same on the pedal after lots a I mean lots of bleeding / eziblead!
I can feel the clutch working operating pedal with my hand but no residents there at all, once or twice if I did it quickly the pedal would stick to the floor!! But just touch it an it flicks stright Back up!!

    Cheers tom

There should be a spring in a tube located at the top of you clutch pedal.
