you will need ABY or RS2 gear linkage and the rear diff won't fit at all.

IIRC the gearbox mount is in a slightly different position on the s2 5 speed and 6 speed subframes, so swapping the subframes sorts it, or it can be spaced.

So, if i understand well i not need assembler rear diff of S4? Work fine with my original rear diff? And relation are the same?

And supports to gearbox S4 are the same to my CQ20V?

Nuno, you can keep your CQ diff. You need:

                  S4 gearbox
S2 ABY or RS2 gearbox mounting brackets
S2 ABY or RS2 shift linkage & gear stick ball joint
S2 ABY or RS2 propshaft. ABY coupe is a straight fit. Or you can use the front half of an ABY avant or RS2 propshaft with the rear half of your CQ one
S2 ABY or RS2 speed front subframe, or you can make up a spacer for your CQ subframe
S2 ABY or RS2 gearbox mounts
S2 ABY or RS2 front driveshafts
                  Change the speed sensor plug
                  Lengthen the reverse switch wiring

                  I think that's it

                    I got the same combination.
Linkage from A4 Q with some mods works great.
The CQ propshaft is direct bolt on with this box.
Mounts are very easy to produce.
Driveshafts is the most hard thing - CQ is with small wheel hub+4 bolt. Need a S2 front bracket+hub+bearing+joint shaft - than can use S2 propshafts. Other - can use half S2/A6 front shaft to the box and other half to the wheel from CQ with good welding.
Speed sensor is the same 1/1.
What are this gearbox mounts brackets? I dont have them.
