I had a bad experience with the clutchnet stage 3+ kit and their customer support is rubbish too! So my advice would be to avoid them.

I have a clutchnet sinter. Been very nice till now. They send me by mistake a non sprung one and then without anything extra they send me a sprung one free. I didnt have to send the unsprung back.

What I don't understand is why do you quote a hp figure? It doesn't mean anything when you are talking about stuff breaking, because torque is what will break it.

You can make the 600 hp with 600nm of torque at 7100 rpm.
Or you can make the 600hp with 700nm of torque at 6100 rpm.

That's a 100nm difference in torque for the same horsepower level.
So ideally you'd want to know approximately how much torque you will be making - for example 600nm is very easy to make on pump gas, but 700nm is a _lot_ harder.

If you would make around 600-650nm for example, then a Sachs Race Engineering pressure plate with a good flywheel and even the stock disc will hold just fine, and be very drivable.

If you would make 700nm all the time, then you would need a more aggressive solution.

I am aiming for ~ 500lbft / 700nm with my engine build, I have bought a Southbend Stage 4 Extreme-Street which will hopefully provide some extra headroom, I don't like running things to their max.

I had one made by kestrel transmissions, about £400 iirc
Rated 650 bhp- more than enough for my car and still drives like standard

I don't now nm till engine is not build.Just I wont put same time then I build engine and I need order soon something.
So engine will be with lower compression pistons, scat roads, holset hx40 turbo, 1000cc injectors, 044 pump runing on petrol, vems ecu.Engine head will be standard for now, later ported with ferrera 6000 valves, harder springs and light lifters, 7a cams.Target 600+hp
Last question is for my just clutch, but I think go for that kevlar.I buying all parts now and when I got everything I can quickly put in my car.

With stock head and 7A cams you won't break 650nm and you won't break 600hp either.
SRE pressure plate alone will be fine

You also won't reach 700nm on pump fuel, even with ported head.

I now that with stock head hard get 600hp,but like I said is just for now.Don't have money for everything right now.And one more thing will be using Nitrous for racing
New original clutch cost same or more then one from clutchnet and when engine is out I think is good chance it.
