Popdemonic from Thailand has an autobox RHD UrS6. He was okay stock but problems started to crop up when he went to MTM Stage 1+ (equivalent, MRC I think). Then he went RS2 (+) levels (MRC Stg 3?) and killed the auto. He ended up doing an autobox to manual trans (and rear diff) conversion (not for the faint of heart).

ALL the UrS4/S6s in NAmerica are manuals. Supposedly maybe there was one autobox one in my city (special order??) but I have never seen it after 14 years of UrS ownership (and looking for UrSs). Poo from a Unicorn rocking "horse".
I don't know IF there is a stronger autobox with a 4.11:1final drive. The newer DSGs are not 4.11:1 so even if the trans fitted to the AAN block, you'd have to change the rear diff to match the DSG final drive ratio.
I think PRJ posted about it somewhere, or ask Shane as he mentioned it when the car was chipped. I "think" the limit is 300nm or ~220lbft, certainly the torque was low when on the dyno at the MRC day.
I wonder if an auto box from an allroad is any stronger?

I have made a version of my chips for autotrans cars with a torq limit of around 400Nm. The sw is in use in several cars, has been for years in some, and still I haven't head of a transmission failure.
Gearbox is rated for 400nm, better not exceed it.
I also have a transmission chip, which shortens shift times, but torque wise, 400nm is the safe limit - it's in my software as well.
I would say something is wrong with the car or the dyno, as it's not even making it's normal torque (350nm), and this chipset has 1.35 bar boost, which should give 400nm along with the advanced timing.
I am not SO bad at tuning, that I would make a chipset with LESS torque than stock
You are lacking about 20hp and 70nm.
On the day of the dyno I'd just topped up the tank with premium petrol but was probably still running on irish stuff when it ran on the dyno. The car did run a little sweeter on the premium fuel in the following days.
Also the tyres were a bit on the soft side on the day of the test.
The car way dyno'd on 2 machines and gave bhp results +/- a few %. Both dyno operators struggled a bit with the automatic gearbox because the car wanted to change down all the time. In this case I don't think it was possible to properly record the maximum power output.
400Nm is your safeside on slushbox.it can be held up the power if you drive it right even with GT2871.Don't abuse it.let's say shift the gear in while revving.
that's the best way to kill the gearbox.the stock slushbox car has 320Nm iirc while manual has 350Nm.
