Yes, I daily drive my car with a sinter (mostly in traffic jams) and it isn't the easiest of clutches. Its one eager clutch, so sometimes it bumps while declutching because of the play in the driveline. So smoothe drive off's are difficult.
For another person using your car its very difficult for them te drive off. It will always stall!
Other then that, I think its a great clutch. Quattro starts are great with it.

So you have to compromise between power and souplesse. At least I have to.....

I drive sinter clutch from a half of year and... the main thing I've noticed that changed, is that I've rebuilding my transmission once a month... Yep... first it was the gear box, then the front differential, twice, then broken gear-wheel of 4th gear, combined with broken holdfast, then again after 3 days broken 2nd gear, and... that's it for now. So, be aware

        (****, it's quite big list...:/ )

I'm using a tripple plate Sonic/Tilton clutch(http://www.tiltonracing.com/content....st2&id=32&m=d#) with cerametallic plates. Not the easiest clutch to use for everyday use. If I should have bought a clutch today I think I would have considered a carbon clutch even if they are expensive. They are much smoother to use. Something like this maybe: http://www.tiltonracing.com/content....ist2&id=43&m=d

            Cheers,
            Roger

I had a 4-plate clutch and it was too hard. I've changed for 8-plates clutch and it is a lot better. Maybe You, zlobo, should try 6 or 8 plate clutch.

I use a custom made complete clutch with harder springs and 8-plate clutch disc. It is made by Polish Tuner. I really like this clutch, however I cannot tell You technical details, but I can ask about Your upgrade if You like.

                    regards,
