  • gearbox and torque

    Hey guys!
As some of u already know I hava an S6 c4 replica with stock AAN 2.2t
but I til got the original gearbox from 2.6 which is djn code I think!
I also have an original 5 speed gearbox from audi S4 c4 but have not installed it yet.
So I wander what do I get if I switch those and if is Is it necessary to do so.. do I lose any torque or any performance cause of that 2.6 gearbox?

The car was chipped and I was wondering about that gearbox issue cause it feels strange, when it hits full boost i just dont feel enough torque... maybe Im just crazy...
i dunno what could it be... its almost the same with 1.1 bar and 1.5 bar...

the tranny does have the ratio/buildyear between the 2 upper boltholes in bellhousing....
on the rear diff, by the oil drainplugg..
its always stamped in.. like on tranny; CBL 12345 or AHA 234545... on the diff AEC or AEU...fx
