lol, same person who's literally just got in from going back for the calipers (btw nearly new pads on them)

Just bolt it up as if it was the 6 speed mate, aan's don't need the spacer

            OEM s4 aan clutch set + 01a gearbox will fit 100%. I don't know for 016 gearbox.

I have some question.. what kind of clutch set use on aan with 01e?
but must be single mass flywheel.
7a? but which pressure plate and disk ?
must be plug n play !

no problem for the 01a 5sp box on AAN with standard power of course... I driven such configuration few years ago and the results for street car are very nice I would say due to short gears... However I would not recomend this if you go over 280hp and the standard setup...

016 tranny will fit too.. use the audi 100/200 flywheel and clutchkit...01a and 01e from any audi engine will fit...some detaljes does have to change , like the flanges to the propshafts, clutchkit, and linkage.. dont use the doublemass flywheel.. its crap..AND remember the ratio code for the quattroverson of tranny..

                    so the clutch,

is SACHS or LUK the better one?

                    anyone got any partnumbers?

im sure Audi wanted £117 exchange for both parts last year too!

                    cheers, Sean.
