Im planning on replacing the front lower bushes in my cast arms what do people recommend.
also i plan to address the drive train shunt.
i plan to stick with rubber bushes but which ones should i replace for the most benefit.
Thanks Steven
If it's just a road car then some OE rubber ones are nice and comfy and will be much tighter than old ones. Poly ones are fine but can squeak. Power flex or super flex.

My front power-flex bushes squeak but only on the harshest of speed bumps, normal driving there fine.
I still think they are the best upgrade I have ever done to car.

For road use I would suggest OEM engine, gearbox & diff.
Unfortunately a great deal of the shunt is down to the centre diff so can't really be eliminated very cheaply or easily.
that's what i thought i don't want it un driveable.
just a quick one how difficult are the engine and box ones.
looking at diff prob easiest to remove the whole thing?
Go for superflex. I had to replace mine 4 times trying to get the squeaking sorted out with powerflex and still not 100% now, squeak over speed humps sometimes.
