    Clutch Trouble, Again

    Cheers guys,

I'm having some clutch trouble for the second time in two months.
The first time it was a leaky salve cylinder, witch was a massive pain in the ***. I live in Brazil and S2 parts are pretty rare. I ordered the part online and 2 weeks later it arrived.

This time the symptoms are pretty much the same.
The clutch pedal is sticking, but it dosent seem to be leaking fluid anywhere.

I think it might be air in the system, but it makes me think if it is just air how did it get in?
everything was working fine until 3 days ago.

Since the car is my daily driver i depend on it to get to class and work, i would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to bleed the clutch without using a "ezbleed". I really need to do this today so any advice is much appreciated !

I don't think it has to leak necessarily, it could be it's not holding pressure, maybe an internal problem..

Clutch Master and Slave Replacement info

The common wisdom about replacing clutch master and slaves is IF you only do one, the other one will fail very shortly afterwards. Best to do both at the same time.

Here is a photo of a new Sachs Clutch Master Cylinder:

Many people recommend replacing both the clutch master and slave cylinders when replacing the clutch. Fred Munro did a great write-up on replacing the clutch master cylinder available HERE. Here is an UrS4 write-up by Brian C. regarding Clutch Slave Cylinder Replacement For a complete home garage-based clutch replacement procedure go HERE YMMV.

Here is the situation, the clutch master cylinder is pretty hard to find here in Brazil. But VW of Brazil came out with the Gol GTI 16V in 1998 that uses the same gear box as the S2 but in a Front wheel drive layout. The Gear Boxes where imported from Germany and they use the same Slave and master cylinder as the S2.
I called a couple VW Dealers in my area and they quoted me 2,000 Reais which is 650 GBP and they don't have it in stock, they would have to order the part from Germany and would take about 30 days to arrive.

I went online and found this, http://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/M...6v-audi-90-_JM
The seller is claiming it is a OEM replacement part.
WOULD THIS BE A BOLT ON REPLACEMENT?
