Propshaft alignment

Hy! During drivetrain instalation for the exhaust build, i noticed that the gearbox propshaft flange and the rear diff flange are not straight to eachother....is like the gearbox is higher than the diff....
My question is: how the u joints should seat to eachother?
In my car is like in this picture....the flanges are parallel but at diferent level...

They're CV joints, so are designed to take up differences like this. Just make sure that the centre joint is as straight as possible
