ABY / ADU are different to 3B but other than the part that attaches to the pedal being a bit smaller diameter, there's nothing different externally that I've seen.

      they are different.

don't go ecp or gsf for one. they aint right.

aby may be listed but aby it isn't

after fitting a so called correct part and removing it broken 3 days later I got a main dealer item and hey presto no problems.

i think i had read that the 3b one is stronger?
and someone one here did use a v8 one?
if there is only a different by the pedal , then it is possible to use a cheaper an better 3b one.

if its aby then id get the proper one. the rod was threaded different on the spurious aby one.

if you have the correct rod, which people do make its ok but its no fun having a broken clutch pedal or one that wont return properly.

Mine was from a V8 seems to be lasting well a couple of years now cheaper than the correct one which seems to have a high failure rate due to the bush, I have been through 3
