    Strange noise

    Hello Everyone,

I have been hearing strange noise from frontright side of the car, under big acceleration, or when turning to left. I thought its the bad wheel bearing so I changed it. When I was under car i changed also the gearbox mounts, subframe mounts (Bambridge), Shocks (KW), all joints.

But the strange sound remains, or it got even worse.

When I have wheels straight I can accelerate till 0,5bar boost without any noise, when Im turning left, the noise comes up when the boost is 0,1bar. When Im turning right, I can boost more than 1,0bar and I cant hear anything.

I can also hear it on really tight lefts.

The sounds is like scratching, crunching. It comes from right (but not absolutely right) front part of the car.

Im suspicious on the tripod of driveshaft - but is there any breakable part ? I thought that the weakes part is the CV joint...

I know its really hard to tell but anybody has any idea ?

    Thank you.

    Radek

If it's a repetitive sound, tac tac tac tac, then it's the driveshaft. I have them same problem on my ABY. If I steer left no problem, if I steer right I can hear it.
