    Hard clutch pedal

    Hi guys.
My old trusty red avant has got a slight problem.
A month ago i changed the flexhose as it blew up, manually bled the clutch and it worked ok.
But now its gotten hard as F* to push, could this be air or clutch on the way out?

Get it bled properly, other than that could be clutch or master cylinder.

      1. check master cylinder rods not bent.
      2. check clutch and fork.

cant see it being in need of a bleed. usually air = spongy/dropping pedal

Was the pedal hard before you changed the clutch hydraulic line? A hard clutch pedal is one sign that the diaphragm spring in the clutch is bad. A hard clutch pedal action can lead to a broken clutch lever on the C4 chassis cars.

Clutch was fine before, flexhose blew cause of wear and tear.
Could be pressure plate tho as the clutch has plenty of grip and pedal move is fine
