    5 stud conversion, 20v coupe

Firstly I hope this is the right place to put this, if not could someone move it please
Right so looking at converting my 20v coupe auto to 5 stud, purely for more choice of decent wheels
So my question to you gurus is what fits? S2 front hubs and standard discs? Not sure about the rear, a4 discs fit b4 fwd right? With mods obviously. Is this the same for b3s?
    So guys, let me know

The early A4 rear setup fits the FWD B4, yes. I'm not 100% on the B3 but vagcat would probably help you work it out.

If you need A4 rear discs, pads, bearings, nuts & bolts then I have the whole lot for a conversion I had planned for my old coupe before I bought the S2

Cheers for the offer and i may well get in touch when i know more about what fits
I'm guessing s2 front hubs should fit right? its the outer cv splines and hub bearing that have varied sizes correct? if someone could clarify that for me that would be good as i dont have etka or vagcat or the likes.
        Cheers

If you don't mind me asking Cadan what colour is your coupe ?
Its not silver by any chance is it ?
20v fwd coupes are pretty rare especially in a auto, just wondered if my old one was still about ?
For what this cost me so far I could have bought an S2

It is yeah, H975 BJV, howmanyleft.com says there's 12 left in the country, whether this is right or no I'm not sure.
            Cheers

This will allow you to compare part numbers.

Bikerjim has done this conversion and I can't praise him enough for the advice he gave me when I was looking into it You could maybe drop him a PM.

Rear hubs with 75mm bearings are a4B5Quattro rears bolt on. a4 brake disc bolt-on.
Front hubs with 75mm bearings (non 7A/AAH) are a4B5Quattro rears bolt on. Brake disc height issue with -2mm offset difference of hubs to be solved.
Front hubs with 82mm bearings (7A/AAH) are S2 bolt on or UrS4 hubs with metalwork + Issue with -4mm offset difference of hubs to be solved.

Welding 4x108 holes and drilling 5x112 is also doable, but requires skills and tools (or sourcing a good workshop).

So s2 front hubs and discs will fit right? I'm running standard calipers (g60?) and a4 fwd rears will fit with a bearing change is that right?
                    Cheers

yes. It' s the straightest and the best way indeed, but expensive (at least at ours).

The story was about a4 Quattro rear hubs. On the front they can fit only 'weak' cars, and they won't fit 7A and AAH cars: originally they have bigger front hub carrier with 82mm bearing.

Obviously I would rather do it the easy way to the hard way so it will be s2 front hubs when i can source and afford some.
As for the rears more research is needed by the sounds of things, i'll start matching part numbers and the likes and hopefully come up with a solution for the rears.
Then source some wheels... (might help)
                        Cheers
