Anybody can tell me if I can use my rear differential from Coupe quattro 2.8 V6 with a 01E gearbox from S4 ?

I 'think' the V6 Coupes use a different rear diff.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.

Yes you can, but only if your rear differential is for manual gearbox. Automatic gearbox is 35/9 = 3,88. You need a 37/9 = 4,11 that is the same final drive of the S4 gearbox.Comment

As mentioned by others, the 01E from an UrS4 (and B5 S4 for that matter) has a 37 tooth crown and 9 tooth pinion gear resulting in a 4.11 to 1 ratio.
The 1994 CQ for example was available with two V6s, the 150 hp 2.6L ABC in the 8B30M5 and 8B30G5 and the 174 hp 2.8L AAH in the 8B30R5 and 8B30Y5. The ABC came with the AEC rear differential which had a 37/9 ratio (same as the UrS4 01E). However, the AAH came with the CAU rear differential that has a 35/9 (3.885 to 1) ratio and therefore will not work with a 01E from an UrS4.
The Audi V8s manual transmissions were either 016 5 spds or 01E 6 spds. Both had 37/9 crown/pinions and therefore their AXZ Torsen rear differentials were also 37/9. It appears that the automatic V8s came with an AFV Torsen rear differential which also had the 37/9 crown/pinion.RS2'd 93 UrS4 5 spd sedan

To continue, the housings of the UrS4/S6 rear diff and the V8 diffs are very much the same and interchangeable (at least the V8 Torsen into the C4 UrS4/S6 chassis) BUT...I am quite sure that to put a Torsen rear diff into a S2 coupe or BE CQ chassis, the differential casings are very different and you need to swap the internals from say the V8 torsen into the S2 differential housing, as per this thread:
Otherwise you need a rear diff from a 150 hp 2.6L ABC V6 or the 7A or NM rear diffs, i.e. AEC, ARS or AYV (all three of these have 37/9 crown/pinions).
