Transmission mounts

Hi guys.
I'm trying to find the difference between transmission mounts for the Audi UrS4/6 manual trans.
I have heard that the V8 version(4A0399151L) is the same as the 5 cyl(4A0399151C) but just stiffer.

Can anyone confirm that ??

Can't confirm that but the 034 motorsport ones are stiffer and work well, more worthwhile than stiffer engine mounts IMO.

I replaced the gearbox mounts on my s4 over a decade ago with the v8 mounts and have say first hand that they are a little stiffer and are still good shape after all the abuse that I have given.

So, you'll recommend me going for the V8 version instead of the original 5 cyl. version..?!

I have a set on the shelf here so I snapped a couple of pics with my phone. These will eventually be installed on my S6 avant.
