MEGA AXLES, & hubs, what parts to use

im looking to make a mega strong set of axles for my vrt cq project.

I already have a ton of cv's and axles here to make hybrids but have a few questions.

are urS axles ALL 31mm on the spline that goes into the outers?

I have a bunch but they are ~28mm spline width.

im also looking to re-do my 5 lug hubs. with the custom kingpin/(replaces oem balljoint) I need as much clearance on the inboard side that I can get.
rear knuckles have been bored to 82mm for larger front bearing,
do the s2 avant rear hubs stick out further than machined urS/t44 hubs?

interesting ill have to look into that, more looking for less offset vs strength

My original s2 avant front driveshafts were twisted. I now have fitted vw T5 driveshafts.
I don't know how strong they are yet. I will test it when my car is ready.

Not a clue I am afraid, just suggesting it might be worth checking with Hank.

He welded URS4/5K hybrid shafts, URS4 shaft, 5k outer for an URQ.

ok here is a pic so you can see what im trying to do.

I need to get the bearing cup a bit further away from the brake rotor. making custombrake adapters is no big deal, but I DEF need more inboard room

Custom bell & rotor is the way to go really, I don't think you'll find an appropriate hub to give you that much offset unfortunately
