UurS6 - Propshaft Rear CV Joint Part Number ?

Please could someone advise of the part number for the CV joint at the end of a urS6 propshaft where it connects the propshaft to the rear differential ?

I am assuming that it is available separately, rather than sourcing a second hand complete propshaft ?

Any details of the part number and a how to change the CV joint would be ideal.

    Thanks.

Our C4 chassis UrS4s and S6s use a two-piece driveshaft (aka "propeller shaft") that has a CV joint at the front, a Hotchkiss U-joint in the middle and a CV joint at the end. There is also a steady bearing in the middle. None of these parts are available seperately. The dealer will only sell you a complete unit, 4A0521101B.

    Fortunately there are other alternatives:

    Parts

    - CV joints, Porsche 92333203200
    (try here: http://www.design911.co.uk/fu/prod34...7-30L-1974-84/ )

    - Support bearing, Blaufurnugen ($179) or 034 ($100) (might be out of date)

    - Bolts from CV to flanges M8x48, N 019 926 1, qty 12

    - Exhaust bolts, cat to down pipe M8x42 nuts, M8 lock nuts, copper shouldered, qty 6 ea

Why does that not surprise me

Has anybody got any first hand experience doing these? I have a suspicion they are a ridiculously tight fit onto the prop shaft splines.
