Stiff gear stick

I've got a wr quattro and the gear stick goes sticky (notchy) only when i've been driving for 10 minutes.the gearbox has plenty oil and only about 7000miles any ideas?the gearbox code is a 5h.

Try changing the brake fluid and properly bleeding the system

Sorry it's got nothing to do with the clutch,just sitting still it does it?the engine not running,it does it?

maybe you can try to remove the gear cover inside and spray some teflon spray on the moving parts or you can remove the shift rod from the gearbox and then see if the resistance sits in the gear stick or the gearbox

Found the problem.The small ball joint on top of the gearbox selector has become a small bit rusty.just cleaned it and applied some copper grease,and seems alot better.thanks

My cq type 85 doesn't like reverse, wonder if its same problem.
Goes in all other gears ok but hasn't been used on road since '09
