ARV gearbox oil seals - how to?

Hi,

Anyone got a how-to for changing the driveshaft oil seals on the g/box? While the car was being aligned yesterday I notices the box was damp from fluid loss.

Also if anyone has access to the family album for the seal p/ns would help

Would it be worth chucking in some seal conditioner to see if that would soften them up a little or just not worth it?
