  • Sachs Release Bearing

Hi all, I ordered my Sachs racing clutch today but got an email back saying that the release bearing I ordered (043151 271937) was not in stock. They offered 3151 271937 as an alternative - which is the part number for standard Sachs clutch release bearing - does anybody know if there is actually a difference between the two? The part they offered is about half the price so I'm guessing there might be?

Providing its a metal faced bearing I'm sure it would be fine. I left my old one in when I fitted the SRE pressure plate and it's been fine for 2 years.

I'm not sure if the performance one or the standard or both are metal faced bearings. Hoping someone can shed some light on this for me....
