Is there any way to disengage front or rear wheels on the S2 for a mapping session on a 2 wheel rolling road

i guess you could disconnect the prop off the box, not sure though how the centre diff would react i would find a 4wd rolling road

You need to weld the centre diff, then you can remove the prop or front axles (if you fit part of the CV to hold the hub bearing together).
