Great article, however since then few things came to light that make that conversion even easier.
The shifter portion, use stock but modify the ball on the gearbox itself. Hank Iroz has a better bracket design and on the inside of the car no welding is needed for the shifter gate.
Oh and no spacer needed for the CV.. there is enough play in the CVs that they take care of the length difference no problem.. BTDT.
