few questions / subframe / drive shaft

hello !
please can somebody explain to my why to use V6 or ABY subframe if you want 6 speed gerabox ? only because of OEM gearbox mounts or is there any big different betwen V6 subframe and 7A ?

drive shaft for 6 speed gearbox , are they the same like on 5 speed box ?
if they are not , is there any replacment or I have to find only from S2/RS2 6 speed ?

did someone here try TDI box on 20vt engine ? are they good ?
I have TDI box in my S8 manual , and it is the best thing I ever done !

the only difference between a 7a and aby subframe is a different hight from the left gearboxmount on the subframe.if you want to use your 7a subframe with a 6-speed gearbox yeed need a 30mm washer on the left side between subframe mount and gearbox mount

about the driveshafts,i made mine custom on the car because i have a b2 chassis.i dont know which one or a direct swap

i think you can place any 01E gearbox on a 20vt engine as long they have the 4:11 ratio for the diff

I know that 4:11 gerabox ratio is important .

there is a TDI box on my S8 and it is very good to drive it with V8 engine.. my question was if somebody have TDI gox on 2.2 engine..
