I'm currently doing alot of work on a friends 86 cq.
The diff locks seem to have been un plumbed from inlet manifold.
Can someone take some pics of how the pipework goes in the engine bay to help me please?:-)
It looks familiar however I cannot see on this one where the vac line is supposed to be taken off the inlet manifold. The problem is I'm discovering ALOT of bodges
Cheers bud i'll take a close look. The pipes leading to the diff switch has been plumbed into the 2 port adaptor On the rear of the head. I suspect someone has been messing
i think that is correct, sie on my first picture,i suspect that pipe 11 goes to diffswitch and has a t-split (5) on the rear of the head.one goes to a vacuum switch on the head, the other to the inlet manifold.
14 is a membrane pot with elek contact for the ignition
if I remember rightly it was a white vacuum pipe that goes inside to the diff switch on my car.
