Smaller timing pin on SM-flywheel then on DM AAN flywheel

    Hello

I've bought a new single-mass flywheel to replace my old dual-mass on my Urs4 AAN. I noticed that the timing pin on my new flywheel is a bit smaller then on the original(width 5.30mm length 10.5mm). It also has an other shape, the original dual-mass has a square timing pin(same as on ABY/ADU) and the new has a round pin(like on 3b?). Could this cause any problems for the AAN-motronic?

This is the flywheel I bought:

    Friendly regards

OE 20VT DMFW G4 Crank Position Pin Info

You might (or might not) have issues with the smaller pin. Presumably not but if after you install the SMFW you have issues with running, starting, etc. at least you will know where to look.

Motronic should work without issues. Never heard about problems with aftemarket wheels. The trigger problems seems to be more related to VEMS.
