First and second gear to hard

This started 2-3 month ago,but it wasn't offter, only after hard drive, and after a day or two all back to normal.
But now,its insanly hard to put the car in first, almost like mission imposible, second is also very hard, but not like first?
If i hit the first, when i change gear to second,if i dont do it very sloowww it grinds a bit?
I also changed gearbox fluid with shell 75w90 but no luck

Are my sinchrons of first and second dead?Or is something else?

The first to second selector gauls up and causes this. There is a new uprated part that can be used. Gearbox rebuild time.

Does it so happen with the engine off?if not you can rule out the clutch dragging first.if the symptom is still exist,
I'm doubt you have worn syncronizer rings.Time for a rebuild. Not fun job.You need a puller and hydraulic presser
To pull some gears off the shaft.
