S2 Avant Rear CV Joint Part Numbers?

I've just got myself back into an S2 after a decade of being deprived of the privilege. Last week I picked up an MY1995 S2 Avant and the only advisories on the MOT have been slight play in rear CV joints, one inner one outer.

In honesty you can feel it a little so I was going to replace them anyway. Does anyone know the part numbers for the inner and outer joints please?

Local factors suggest they cross over to the same as used on the 2.8 Quattro Avant?

443 498 099 Cx for the outer
